How do I get a ticket?
Open the event, choose Get ticket and sign in or create an account in our booking app. Your ticket, with its QR code, appears under My tickets.
Where do I find my ticket again?
Sign in to the booking app and open My tickets. You can show the QR on your phone or print the ticket.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes. Open My tickets in the booking app and cancel it there. Your spot is released for someone else.
How do I take part as a vendor or exhibitor?
Create a vendor account in the booking app. You can then manage your company details, and our team will be in touch about the events you want to join.
I am an organizer or accountant. How do I get access?
Create an account and choose Organizer or Accountant. An administrator approves these accounts before you can sign in.
I did not receive my verification code.
Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code on the verification page. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
